Disclaimer - Please Read before Purchasing:
CTRL AI Delete doesn't have an official rating yet. Classifying a film properly is a process we're still learning, and we'd rather not slap an unqualified rating on it - so for now we're releasing it unrated, with this advisory.
Because of the UK's recent online safety rules, Vimeo (our film host) may ask you to verify your age before you can watch. That's a legal requirement neither we nor Vimeo can waive, and it's designed to keep inappropriate content away from young people - so please bear with it. For anything technical about the verification process itself, Vimeo's help centre is the best place.
One heads-up on content: the film has some swearing and the suggestion of violence. If you're watching with under-16s, or that sort of thing isn't for you, please take this as fair warning.

Plot:
When the world's most sophisticated AI unexpectedly goes rogue—the technologized world plunges into mayhem. In the epicenter of this chaos is a quirky band of video game aficionados at a retro gaming expo. Armed with nothing more than their vintage gaming consoles, floppy disks and classic home computers, these unlikely heroes must outsmart the most formidable digital intelligence ever devised.
What it’s really about:
It’s an 80s hacker movie, set in the modern day - and in an age of 24-hour connectivity - it’s a love letter to an era when computing and gaming were a lot simpler. More importantly, at it’s emotional core, ‘Ctrl AI Delete’ is about how a group of very ordinary friends dig deep and find a courage and resourcefullness they never knew they had, in order to fight against a global disaster.
"IT'S ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK MEETS PHOENIX NIGHTS."
- JASON BRADBURY, COWRITER/PRODUCER
CTRL AI Delete features an extraordinary soundtrack, written by the film’s Producer Jason, DJ crytra and non other than 90s dance music legends UTAH SAINTS!
With the Utahs also helping curate the unique sound landscape of the movie, it’s soundtrack represents a nostaligic nod to the synth heavy, electronic drum machine heritage of 80s and 90s pop and electro with many noticeable sonic references to the sounds that defined those decades.
Backers and fans of the movie can now download and enjoy the soundtrack outside the movie with an iconic collection of themes and tunes - including UTAH SAINT’S signature hacker anthem ‘Dragster Chase’.
The download operates with a ‘Name your price’ method - you're absolutely welcome to grab the album at no cost, or, if you fancy buying the CTRL AI Delete team a coffee, feel free! Most importantly: share it with the world and enjoy.

Who is Ctrl AI Delete For?
Old-School Film Fans! If your idea of a truly great movie experience is watching Back to the Future, Ferris Bueller's Day Off or Die Hard - welcome to the club!
Say goodbye to cookie-cutter modern movies. This is a proudly retro, independent comedy movie with an ironic, cheeky and slapstick take on humour reminiscent of the Action and Comedy genre flicks of the 1980s and 90s. Loaded with clever callbacks and subtle winks - geeks, gamers, and pop culture devotees, this is your kind of story.
